I’ve never felt more safe or secure with a service professional before, she is an absolute wonder and her attitude, communication and everything else is such a breath of fresh air. My first haircut here and I don’t think I want to ever go anywhere else now. Nathaniel is so nice and friendly, he did a proper consultation about what I wanted, has cut it exactly as I asked, but using his knowledge to make it look it’s best. I only went for a trim and to get my fringe cut back in but it’s been cut so well! He clearly knows exactly what he’s talking about and takes pride in his work. A very nice coffee and a biscuit too which is a lovely touch ☺️

Never had a better hairdresser! Nathaniel always listens to the direction I want to go with my hair, but has a real flair for suggesting small ways we can elevate a style or make it more unique and creative. I trust him entirely and my and my hair has just got better and better in the 3+ years I've been going to Yaeko.

I went for a a consultation and spoke to Amy. She was so lovely and helpful! She went the extra mile trying to book me in, and made sure I left with a plan of what to do with my hair later. First time at the salon, and although it was only a consultation, I completely recommend! The interior was lovely, the staff were very informative and helpful, can't complain! Can't wait to get my hair done moving forward!
