I had the most amazing experience at PhedeliaRose! From the moment I walked into the salon, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The time to taken to listen to what I wanted and provide expert advice on what would be best for my hair. The treatment was exceptional—my hair feels healthier, looks shinier, and is way more manageable now. Not only was my stylist incredibly skilled, but she also made the entire process relaxing and enjoyable. I left the salon feeling confident and pampered and would highly recommend!

Emma is the only hairdresser in this locality that doesn't try to rip you off. She does a sterling job at reasonable prices. I wouldn't go anywhere else in West Norwood.

Solomon is, without question, a hidden gem in London’s hair scene. I’ve been loyal for a year now, and honestly, I wouldn’t let anyone else near my hair. His expertise is unmatched – he knows exactly what he’s doing, and his product selection actually lives up to its promises (a rarity, let’s be honest). From the very first appointment, he’s been warm, genuine, and just… the best. Couldn’t recommend him enough!!

Rukky is absolutely fantastic. My 6 year old didn’t have the best experience at another salon so was very anxious about getting her hair done. Rukky knowing this made my daughter feel so comfortable, she was encouraging, super supportive, made her laugh and always asked her how she was feeling throughout the appointment. My daughter did not cry once and became very relaxed and talkative!! I got great hair consultation, the treatment provided was superb. Her hair came out beautifully. Lovely experience having my hair tamed (with a keratin blow dry) by the lovely Gloria. Great, friendly and welcoming local hairdressers and I am chuffed with the results.

As ever, Bo did a superb job of cutting my hair, I left the salon with a new spring in my step.

First time visit today for a cut & blow on my shoulder length wavy/curly hair. Stylist Elisa did a thorough consultation before hair wash and I really felt listened to. Elisa had a good d technique and talked me through what she was doing and why at every step. Left with a fab, bouncy blow dry that worked well with my hair type. Highly recommend and I’ll be back 🙄

I am a regular customer because every time, I have an amazing experience at Color Hauz! Bo, the owner and colorist, is incredibly friendly and provided a personalized 1:1 service. He really listened to my preferences but also gave professional input that made the outcome even better than I expected. Bo’s technique is excellent, especially if you have Asian hair, where achieving the right color payoff can be challenging. He made it work beautifully, and I walked away with stunning results. I highly recommend him for anyone looking for expert care and a fantastic color experience!
