Another perfect haircut with Nico. I am an old client who prefers having my hair cut when dry , which many hairdressers cannot do, but Nico is happy to oblige. At Shades it's all about what the client wants. He always discusses the desired cut before starting, and then cuts with care and skill . Highly recommend.

Dan was absolutely wonderful! Very friendly and accommodating (as well as the other staff). He listened to what I wanted to do with my hair and it came out even better than I expected. He also helped me with some consultation on hair color and we did a patch and strip test, so I'm excited to come back and get my hair colored!

Sarah is truly the best hairdresser Ive ever had. I’m very lucky to have her. My hair has looked amazing since I started seeing her. I went from ginger to blonde this time, and the result is incredible. She’s such a great person too. It’s always so fun! I very much enjoy every time there. I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair! Highly recommend Sarah!

Really happy with my haircut but I think there has to be some improvement for covered/hijabi women if you are offering that service. The provided room divider had some slits and didnt cover me fully so that the staff that walked to the backroom/staff room were still able to see me through the mirrors.

I’ve had absolutely beautiful balayage done by Tashan yesterday. He spent time discussing what I wanted my colour to look like and advised the best option for lower maintenance. He added two toners and the result looked even better than the picture I showed him at the start. I’m very happy with my hair and would highly recommend Tashan if you are looking for a perfect colour.

I always feel like a new person when Nico cuts my hair.. He has magic fingers that seem to know exactly where to cut. I used to have frizzy pyramid hair and it's now sleek and wonderful. I feel better about myself than I have for many years. Thank you Nico!
