Emma is the only hairdresser in this locality that doesn't try to rip you off. She does a sterling job at reasonable prices. I wouldn't go anywhere else in West Norwood.

This was my first time coming to POP and it was great! I've recently moved to Norwood and was quite nervous about going to a new hair salon but Arek was super helpful and knew exactly what I wanted. Thank you :)

2nd visit to The House of Plush and was pleasant as my last visit. I'm on a journey with my hair so really needed someone who understood this. My hair was washed by the lovely assistant; who was very gentle & communicated well. Sylvia was brilliant, as always. She listened, asked the right questions and understood I'm not ready to go for a chop just yet so agreed with me to go in between & recommended steps to take to care for my hair until next visit. Rukky is absolutely fantastic. My 6 year old didn’t have the best experience at another salon so was very anxious about getting her hair done. Rukky knowing this made my daughter feel so comfortable, she was encouraging, super supportive, made her laugh and always asked her how she was feeling throughout the appointment. My daughter did not cry once and became very relaxed and talkative!! I got great hair consultation, the treatment provided was superb. Her hair came out beautifully. Top service and I would highly recommend. 🥰 xxx
