Saskia is great. She gave me really good advice and guidance about hairstyle when I asked and I LOVE my new hair. I didnt get the name of the staff who washed my hair but this is the second time shes done it and both times she was friendly and really conscientious. So glad I came back to Boilerhouse Ouseburn. Spot on everytime.

My first time at the salon and I was made to feel like I’d been going there for years. Staff are very friendly and can’t do enough for you. Nicole did my colour which was a complete change for me. I showed her a photo of the colour I wanted and she went through the colour charts to ensure I was comfortable. Nina cut my hair which was Fabulous and again she listened whilst I explained what I wanted to achieve. Great advice about looking after the colour and generally a great experience overall. I felt a million dollars leaving the salon.

Had the best appointment at the boiler house with felix today. He listened so well to what I wanted and made sure we were both on the same page before doing anything. I don’t go to the hairdressers that often so I was slightly nervous but he put all those nerves at ease. Will definitely be coming back!

Always a pleasure to have my hair cut by Katie

Today I had my first visit to this salon. My hair looked terrible and was a challenge. After the visit I already know that I will stay with the guys. Full professionalism, hair looks beautiful. (my husband said the same thing when he saw me and he is always honest) and there is a nice atmosphere there, I felt relaxed. I highly recommend and give 11 out of ten stars. We made a plan, and I came back the following week for the balayage. I am so happy with the results - it is exactly what I asked for. This was my first time at the Boilerhouse Jesmond as I usually go to the Ouseburn store, but it was great! I had a balayage and blowdry and all of the team was so helpful throughout, I couldn’t have asked for anymore!
