I had my first haircut at Ella&Jade with Alyse today and could not be happier. She is super welcoming and is very knowledgeable about curly hair, so my hair was in great hands. She took the time to explain her techniques and give advice for styling my hair. The whole experience was very relaxing, with a complimentary coffee and crossiant, and fantastic decor and music. I'll definitely be coming back!

From the moment I sat down on the chair I was very welcomed, the main priority was to bring my curls back to life and I left with gorgeous bouncing curls . Desi has been my hair stylist for over 7 years ! Not only is Desi a master of her craft but the atmosphere she has created in her salons is truly unmatched - a relaxing environment where you can truly unwind and take a moment for yourself. Desi’s signature head massage is simply the cherry on top. There is not an inspirational look Desi cannot achieve or a colour she can’t perfect. I receive some many compliments for my hair colour and I have only her to thank!

I greatly appreciated the hair cut, wash, and blow dry. One area that could be improved is the styling of the curtain bangs, as they could have been given more volume.

I fully trust Kate to maintain the colour and quality of my hair, and she nails it every visit. I highly recommend Kate, she is very talented with colour and is attentive with her clients. 10 stars.
