I had an appointment with Erica at Hair Collection Tokyo Subiaco on December 8 at 11:00 am for a haircut and highlights. I have been entrusting Erica with my hair since February or March of last year, and she has consistently delivered exceptional results. Erica is always attentive, patient, and thorough in understanding my preferences and needs. I arrived early and was pleasantly offered a seat & a coffee . My hair was done ahead of time , so that was great . GHD styling was OK. I’m looking forward to seeing how my next appointment goes ☺️

Isabel took the time to really listen to my wants and concerns and ensured she had a solid understanding of my expectations before starting any styling. Amazing service as always. I came back for a balayage refresh since my last appointment in May 2023. My quality of the balayage was topnotch that I didn't feel the need to refresh since the regrowth blended in so well even after many months. Yasu's detailed consults allowed me to just fully relax during the appointment since I knew he'll get me the results I wanted. The whole appointment was relaxing - from the drinks service, to hair washes and head massages, and to the final styling. I will come back to Hair collection Tokyo over and over again for this level of service and balayage quality.

This was my first experience of having hair and makeup done - and was a trial for my son’s wedding next year. Tara put me at ease and did an amazing job at creating the look that I wanted. I would highly recommend her.

Skyla styed my hair for a wedding. She did a fabulous job, very happy with 'Do" The girls also styled my other sisters hair for the same event. One sister who rarely has an opportunity to spoil herself LOVED her hair. She looked fabulous. All lovely girls in the salon Thank you. As for the barista coffee...a real treat.... delisioso!

As usual, tonight I experienced the most professional, friendly & expert service I have ever received from a hairdresser (love my pastel pink). Jess & team go above & beyond to please, & in the 3 years I have attended the beautiful salons Jess owns, I have always left with a big smile on my face & loving my hair. Whilst I am at the salon I see some amazing hair colours & styling generated. Even more amazing is the low cost. I am usually a hairdresser ‘shopper’ but not any more -I haven’t been anywhere else since starting to see Jess & her team. Thank you Jess and co, you are truly amazing!
