My hair was in dire need of a transformation and Sam absolutely delivered. The colour that we agreed on took brilliantly and the layers that I asked for are just the right length. A lovely Salon. The owner Jacky Guy and her staff take so much pride in the work they do, and are conscious of the customers needs and requirements. A lovely and friendly environment with a wide range of clients from all backgrounds. I love the fact that the staff and the owner pay particular attention to the customers needs; and offers good advice regarding the aftercare of the customers hair and styling tips. Therefore when the client leaves the salon and goes home they have a better understanding on how to manage and maintain their hair - until their next appointment. Thank you Jacky

It was my 1st time in Bedford & also 1st time visiting Jacky Guy's Hair Salon. I was attended to straight away which was great & not always the case in hair salons. Jacky was very lovely, friendly & easy to converse with. She even corrected an uneven hair cut I had from elsewhere before styling my hair & she did a wonderful job of it. I would definitely recommend Jacky Guy's & planning to book another appointment as will be visiting family in Bedford again soon. Thanks Jacky for a wonderful service.
