It was good, I loved everything about the service except that my braids for the weaves were done too tight. Since then, my scalp has been really hurting at the slightest touch. I don't know how to bring relief to my scalp and I don't want it to be sore or pull out my hair. Please, what do you suggest?

The waxing experience was good as usual. You can make a partition between the pedicure section and haircut area so that ladies are more comfortable.

Very professional and welcoming. Makes you feel at home. When cutting with the hair razor for my bob haircut, I had a couple of knicks on my necks, which now have scabs. Will reccomend cleaning the neck area with alcohol to avoid infection, and ultimately trying to cut in a way that avoids any contact with a sharp object on any part of the body except the hair. Great experience overall. Will reccomend

Always a pleasure when I come here to be serviced. Everyone is incredibly professional. Mercy is the BEST ! I always leave feeling beautiful and my hair is healthy. It’s also very convenient that they offer card payments and you can also purchase hair care and products here. I can’t recommend this salon enough ^_^

Honestly if you’re not doing your hair at Kai, you should. Im focusing on my natural hair and I have seen how soft and healthy it’s already becoming! This is the only salon I’ll be taking my hair to!
