I completely trust Alana with my curly hair! Her knowledge of colour and what suits your skin tone is invaluable and completely trustworthy. Her skill in cutting and styling is exceptional and her advice is spot on. I was pampered beyond belief in the heated massage chair which was "the icing on the cake"! Alana has been my personal hairdresser for years and will continue to be forever more! I cannot speak highly enough of her! ❤️

The best hairdresser I have come across took me a long time to find. The staff are very friendly and the prices are good and they really look after you. I recommend them especially with colour.

I enjoy coming to Biba Croydon, and leaving with my hair looking and feeling great. It was pleasant being pampered with a head massage, moisturing treatment, and great cut. Very happy with Faye, her knowledge of hair care, pleasant company - my hair feels so soft and bouncy today.. Great location, but parking difficult.. p.s. left my bottle of moisturising treatment on counter. Maybe I can pick it up next appointment?

My hair colour is exactly what I asked for. Erin listened to me about previous other hairdresser failures to colour my hair to what I like. My hair has a tendency to throw orange and yellow. Erin knew exactly what not to do. My hair colour is lovely. So very happy to have found a new hairdresser.

Michael, as always did a fantastic cut and style. This time it was my daughter’s hair. Super curly hair cut to perfection. (Honestly, I adore Michael so much I’d have him over for dinner). I won’t go anywhere else to have my hair cut or my daughter’s hair now! Highly recommend.
