Such nice customer service ,, I don’t really like people touching my hair but she’s was really gentle ,, made me feel comfortable and I’m booked in to have my hair done ,, such nice staff and customers as well! Will definitely be going back ,, Keleigh is really nice and the rest of the staff as well ,, definitely recommend!

I was just stopping by Torquay for the night and was needing a last minute cut. Luckily a spot was available with Grace and she fixed up my self-cut-bob and made me feel beautiful and light. She was lovely, warm and welcoming with a great deal of generosity. If I'm ever back in England and i need a hair cut, i know where to go! Thanks so much Grace for providing me exactly what i needed xxx

Fantastic as always ! Mel is incredible and everyone in the salon is super friendly and welcoming ! Had an amazing hair wash and head massage, endless cups of tea and Mel is absolutely amazing at nailing my hair EVERY TIME :) I always leave the salon feeling confident and relaxed !

I visited the salon for my first curl by curl haircut with Steve and was was over the moon with the result. Steve is so skilled and very knowledgeable; providing clear styling tips at every step. Fran was also on hand to provide extra haircare advice on products and advice for inbetween washes. A great experience and I fully recommend anyone thinking of having a curly cut to visit the salon!

It’s a bit of a social outing as there is some conversation. I am always listened to if I have things to say about my hair - colour or styling. It’s a positive and happy experience

My first time at Ferns but it won't be my last. Fern has done a super job restyling my hair from long to short. Looks fab. Definitely would recommend her.

Love my hair Beth cut my hair and would recommend she cuts it lovely and Floss did a lovely job colouring and styling. Both staff are friendly and welcoming as are all the staff in the salon will be back 😁

Alex always pays attention to styling suggestions, and is very good at pointing out what would, or would not, be practical with my fine and very straight hair, with reasons to back his opinions up. Always followed by a great cut.

I had my hair done with Lucy yesterday and I am very happy with the results. Lucy was friendly and chatty, she helped pick out colours and talked through styling options. I was made to feel welcome when I entered the salon. I could see the staff cleaning down the stations and chairs, all staff were wearing PPE. Nancy was welcoming and friendly, checking on and making sure I was ok. The salon was lovely and I would highly recommend going there.

Amazing experience, My first time having my hair done here and I couldn’t fault it! Lucy is so lovely and talked me through all her steps to make sure I was happy, she gave a lot of attention to the details throughout the whole appointment, Lucy let me know how she was styling my hair so I could do the same at home which was really Lovely! everyone was so friendly, the atmosphere was actually amazing, there’s no salon in Torquay like this and I had a really good time here! I cannot fault Lucy’s work one bit! She is very easy to talk to and clearly loves her work! thank you so much !

Grace is such a talented stylist. She is so friendly, always listens to what you want, talks you through the process and goes that extra mile to give you the best results. She is the best blonde maker in the south west, and beyond. Love my new hair!
