Today was my first time to your salon. The receptionist was very polite and even though I was early for the appointment I was attended to the same time. The barber Teekay was very refreshing, she interacted with my son while cutting his hair and she paid attention to every detail making sure he was comfortable and got exactly what he came for. He was very satisfied with the haircut which is an achievement as he is not very easy to please. He will definitely be coming again

Lovely owner. Great service. I am a tourist over from the UK so was nervous about getting a wax from someone other than my regular one. I walked to the salon from Carlisle Bay but recommend getting a bus or taxi if you don’t like walking. Owner sent directions before apt with detailed instructions. Got a very warm welcome and she even cut my partners hair whilst he waited and put on paw patrol for my daughter. Wax was the exact same as back home. They listened to what my normal service was like and replicated it.

Firstly, let's talk about the workspace it was clean and very tidy with a luxurious ambience. For my haircut i tried to challenge the barber with difficult design and he did not disappoint, he did it better than I anticipated. I also like how everything is organized and efficient. Overall, it was good customer service, so if you are looking for a barbershop with high standards, I personally recommend Esquire.

The service at Aquarius is always top notch. The staff are friendly and attentive and the services provided are excellent. The head massages during washes are always the best. I always leave with a customized hair color and look forward to the next time.

She was every bit professional, helpful with every query and accommodating…not to mention, she is absolutely flawless in her abilities when it comes to hair! The hair came out lovely as usual. I did not get hot chocolate or a slice of my favourite cake. As a consolation, however, I had a lovely shot of beet ginger and apple juiced by the stylist. I was also able to purchase some lovely burger and fries from a nearby restaurant. I forgot my bottle in the salon.
