What an awesome experience! Marcus certainly is one of the BEST Hairstylists I have ever had the pleasure of cutting my Short Hair. I now have a Pixie Haircut which was done with such precision and care and without costing an ‘arm and a leg’!!! Marcus is now DEFINITELY my Hairdresser for many years to come! I had my first haircut at Ella&Jade with Alyse today and could not be happier. She is super welcoming and is very knowledgeable about curly hair, so my hair was in great hands. She took the time to explain her techniques and give advice for styling my hair. The whole experience was very relaxing, with a complimentary coffee and crossiant, and fantastic decor and music. I'll definitely be coming back!

Exceptional customer service from Jennie; friendly; welcoming; a wealth of knowledge and experience - she is evidently great at what she does. Getting my hair washed on a massage chair was an added bonus. 5 stars is not enough :)

My first time here and I have to say, I have never felt so welcome in a hair salon. I decided to take the plunge and get my hair cut short and I absolutely love it. Thankyou Michelle you are awesome. My hair is very very thick so I went back for a bit more thinning which they were more than happy to do. Can't wait to come back for the Keratine smoothing treatment. Thankyou ladies 💗

Ella and Kade I was on holiday, and due to a broken shoulder, I could not blowdry my hair. I booked into Ella and Jade for a treat, salon unknown. What a wonderful experience I had l, I was greeted by Tuva with a huge smile and welcoming direction, Sarah then offered me wine and took me through for my basin, experience OMG the best head massage ever ever ever! Thank you, Sarah, Tuva was my stylist. She listened and did exactly what i asked for. Before during and after Tuva was delightful, I would definitely return when in Brisbane again Also a beautiful salon

I had a good appointment, the service was excellent but I went back to rectify my haircut as I wasn’t fully comfortable with my previous one and I ended up changing the style completely to a shorter hair, although it is shorter I feel I mentioned various times I needed my hair layered because of the amount and volume and I ended up with all the hair being at the same length level which is the reason why I came back to fix it, so although the service was great as always, but I feel unsure about my hair… luckily hair grows anyway ☺️
