He’s a true professional who takes his time and always listens carefully to what I want for my haircut - I always leave feeling fantastic. On top of that, Keenan is an absolute pleasure to chat with—so warm and friendly. Fantastic ! Had an hour massage & eyebrow & eyelash tint with Deborah. Deborah is my go to beauty therapist and has been for more than a decade. Highly recommend. Prizes are reasonable - very friendly staff who are also very helpful - lovely relaxing atmosphere . Best in Balham!
