I'm a regular customer and I absolutely love seeing Delicia for my haircuts! Some days I come in for my basic style but I still leave feeling rejuvenated. Some days I want to be more bold, try something new, and she delivers. My hair is artistically sculpted in a relaxing environment and I really appreciate how much she listens to my hair needs.

Hair cut fantastic. Very friendly staff and owner. Best scalp massage ever! Thank you. When it comes to styling, it's not one's fault but I am very particular in how I style my hair. No one can style it to my satisfaction. However, this was the best attempt by a stylist I've ever had. :)

As always, all the services I have availed so far at Galaxy Beauty Salon are way higher in quality when compared to any other beauty salons I have been here in Seattle. Highly recommend, they are not only amazing in their services, also very professional and courteous at the same time. I got facial done and I am super amazed at the outcome and the results.

I absolutely adore this salon, I take my girls here and every experience has been so great. Everyone is nice, friendly and actually seem to enjoy their job. Love the front entry way set up and how much care is taken with listening to my girls and what they want to do with their hair. Always is a good experience and will continue to come here for many years to come. Gwen and Destinee are the best!!

Sandi is so great with kids especially toddlers. She maintained her calm while my toddler was crying his eyes out. She kept offering him with new toys until he was comfortable enough to let her cut his hair. She is magical!!

Great service. My daughter and I both come here for our natural styling and Delicia is fantastic. She is always open to doing fun new style on my daughter’s hair and makes sure to provide super cute accessories when she gets braids. I have done cuts, deep treatments, color, styles you name it. Happy to have found this place and am a repeat customer.

Linda had wonderful energy and knew exactly what I was looking for. She gave great tips on how to style my hair as she was cutting it. My new regular salon for sure.

Mahaira always takes the time to make sure I have what I ask for and has taken the time to know my hair texture, and color preferences. She always keeps that in mind for cuts, foil placements, and knows how to help any hair problems I’m having. Thank you!!!

Visited Delicia for the first time and truly enjoyed my experience. She was personable and very communicative about her plan for my hair. I LOVED how it turned out. Overall great experience. One opportunity for improvement would be to disclose the cost of hair masks/extras when they are offered so the price is not a shock when the total is rang up. This would allow customers to have an informed decision on whether the price of the extra treatment is worth it and fits their budget.

So pleased with how my hair turned out. I hadn’t colored my hair for 8 years, Hayley did the best job!! ❤️
