Jess was lovely. Service was lovely. Only thing I would say is and which can’t be helped is a staff member called in sick so there was a little bit of a delay in my service towards the end but that is also again completely okay. Xx

I’ve had facials at almost every place in Launceston and can honestly say this is by far my favourite place! In all honesty I’ve only had facials from here, but they’re so good it makes me want to try other options :)
