I’ve had facials at almost every place in Launceston and can honestly say this is by far my favourite place! In all honesty I’ve only had facials from here, but they’re so good it makes me want to try other options :)

Mel is wonderful! She is very knowledgeable and genuine. I had gone there for a facial that sounded good. But Mel was very patient and caring and explained how a different facial would be more suited to me and my skin biome. The service by her was professional.
