Professional as always. Couldn’t ask for a better job- lashes always last me till my next refill, lily is super kind and respectful- plus always has great music play. Would recommend to anyone who lives there hybrid lashes!!!

Really lovely staff, good pricing, and very accommodating for someone who’s pregnant. I do think staff need to use extra light when waxing though because they missed a few patches on the past 2 visits now.

My daughters first time getting laser on full leg and underarms, she was a little nervous but after the beautiful Mel explaining how it works and consistently asking if ok to make her feel comfortable, there was no pain or discomfort AT ALL. Can't wait for the next few sessions THANK YOU MEL X
