I always feel so at home when I come to Capital Beauty for my appointments. The staff are warm and welcoming and are seriously the best at what they do! Taylah always goes above and beyond for her clients and it’s a standard she’s passed onto all of her wonderful staff! I couldn’t recommend a better place for brows, lashes and waxing!

As always Emma is amazing at her craft. I tried a new facial today and I just feel like a million dollars. Even though Emma probably has so much on her mind a couple of days before Christmas, she always gives you her full attention. Her attention to detail is unmatched!

Loved the girls. So easy going & extremely friendly. The waxing itself: I have nerve damage so waxing hurts me more than the average person, but their technique was different 2 anything I've ever had before & a LOT more gentle on the skin. The only downside is that you may have 2 park in the side streets nearby as parking is minimal. Having said that, it's still much closer than getting a park & walking thru Sunshine Plaza to the salons there. The Wax Pot also offers a full range of feminine waxing along with other services. I'm def. a permanent customer after my 1st visit.

After my experience today perhaps it would be beneficial for both the customer and your business to ask some preview questions as part of your booking process. If this was asked of me when booking I would have explained I had gel polish on my toenails and there could have been more time allocated to allow for removal and therefore I would have gained the service that I had been looking for, hopefully next time this could be catered for as most salons only offer gel. I had the Japanese scalp massage with the feet sensation. It was relaxing experience for sure however because of the awkward positioning with lying flat plus feet in the soaking bath aggravated my back. Perhaps positioning the bed in an angle would have been a more comfortable position especially when lying there for an hour and a half. Also, transitioning from the feet bath and putting the lid on was awkward as well. Hopefully next time there's a better way to transition without having to spread my legs. Overall it was a an experience.
