Debbie did excellent work on my daughter and she was really fast. Andrea and Ann did my knotless braids and they were neat and fast as well. They made the beginning of an unfortunate experience so much better as a previous beautician(Buki) started to do my hair and she did about seven braids and it looked really messy and she was yelling and arguing with other employees and talking about my hair. I was very uncomfortable and nervous and told her she didn’t have to do it. She took out braids and stormed out of shop but thankfully Andrea and Ann saved the day N apologized for her behavior

Overall my experience was great; however I did not give 5 stars because the person that did my style did not do exactly what I wanted because she was very preoccupied with leaving for her trip. However, I appreciate the young lady who finished me up and tried to get me as close to what I really wanted. I will continue to patronize however, I don’t think I will use the original person who started me on this visit.
