The new location is lovely! Hannah attended to my daughter and my acrylic nails with ease. Put on elsewhere with the wrong type of glue, Hannah worked with ease, professionalism and in a friendly manner to rectify the issues. She also gave good advice on how to avoid further damage - and advised on other types of nails to use in the future. First time at this place for nails, and deffo won’t be the last!

Alexandra always does my gels with builder gel beautifully and they last for ages, well over 5 weeks, and they’d go for longer than that if I didn’t need them redoing. I’ve also had pedicures, waxing, brow and lash tinting and lash perms and lifts. My last lash lift lasted so long, I think I got it done in mid September and they still looked amazing in December - although it does matter how well you take care of them and where you are in the growth cycle. She’s got years of experience and is very confident, kind, and understanding. Her beauty room is gorgeous, and bed/ equipment all fantastic.

The Japanese head spa with Katie was so relaxing, she made me feel at ease immediately and explained the treatment thoroughly, such a dreamy experience and my scalp felt so clean afterwards, confirmed by the scalp camera! Went for my first Hollywood wax 6 weeks ago, it hurt🥴, I’m not going to lie, but Liv was very reassuring, kind and as gentle as can be. DO NOT let the pain put you off, go for the 2nd wax, and keep it up, as it hurt soooooo much less! (I’d suggest some painkillers before you go as it helped ease for sure!) And again Liv was there for moral support when giving me a factory reset down under 😂. Highly recommend her not just for her services but for her lovely demeanour and wicked sense of humour. Good luck with move ❤️

Harley is amazing, I usually have so many issues with people waxing me as I have sensitive skin and my skin rips but it has never happened with Harley. Harley is very welcoming and makes you feel very comfortable. She’s also amazing at lashes. I would definitely not be going to anyone else for either of my treatments!
