I went to Gemma with knots in my upper back that was affecting my neck, I wasn't able to move my head properly. I booked in for a neck shoulders and back massage, not only did Gemma relieve the knots, she eased menstrual cramps in my lower back. The whole massage was so soothing and relaxing. I woke up the next morning and could not believe that I slept through the whole night! This is something I haven't done in over 6 months. Today I have felt so fresh with so much energy!! I can't thank Gemma enough ❤️

Visited dragonfly for a float and a facial, both of which were amazing as was my therapist Laura - her massage technique was so good. Just a couple of points that would have made the visit even better – there is no changing room facility to freshen up in after your treatments. I was heading into Leeds and needed to do my hair get changed etc Also, the treatment room that I was in was at the top of the main stairs thankfully I visited on a quiet day, but I could imagine during peak times this room would get quite noisy - maybe the location could be reviewed?

Another amazing massage I feel so relaxed! I went in today with a horrible tension headache from too much screen time and thanks to the wonderful Indian head massage I left completely pain free. I really can’t recommend Kristine highly enough!

Been here a few times. Service is consistently great, all staff make you feel at ease. Receptionist lady is very helpful and careful about my request. Massage lady Irina is very professional too. Setting is so soothing and clean, I’ve had some great time here. Highly recommended!

Very warm welcome from Gemma, room is so Cosy and pretty. Really enjoyed the Dermaplane facial, ice globes were so soothing. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Gemma was able to offer me an appointment at very short notice for a back massage. She listened to my issue and worked on the problem areas. I came away feeling very light and refreshed, cannot recommend high enough!
