I went to Gemma with knots in my upper back that was affecting my neck, I wasn't able to move my head properly. I booked in for a neck shoulders and back massage, not only did Gemma relieve the knots, she eased menstrual cramps in my lower back. The whole massage was so soothing and relaxing. I woke up the next morning and could not believe that I slept through the whole night! This is something I haven't done in over 6 months. Today I have felt so fresh with so much energy!! I can't thank Gemma enough ❤️

Visited dragonfly for a float and a facial, both of which were amazing as was my therapist Laura - her massage technique was so good. Just a couple of points that would have made the visit even better – there is no changing room facility to freshen up in after your treatments. I was heading into Leeds and needed to do my hair get changed etc Also, the treatment room that I was in was at the top of the main stairs thankfully I visited on a quiet day, but I could imagine during peak times this room would get quite noisy - maybe the location could be reviewed?

When you have to wake yourself up you know you are relaxed. Today I had a pialtes facial which included a back massage followed by reflexology. So essentially a pamper from head to toe and it was just what I needed. It is so nice to take time out and have someone look after me for a change and as a mum and 2 with a business to run it is definitely needed from time to time. Thank you so much Debbie, I always feel relaxed and comfortable in your treatment room x

Had a lovely experience today for my Indian head massage and foot reflexology I was made to feel so comfortable and at ease straight away and after the treatment was Evan more relaxed the little extra touches made it Evan more off lovely experience cup of tea n biscuits after plus some bath salts just made it feel so much more special thankyou

I had the Autumn Embrace hot oil massage as I was in need of grounding and rebalancing. Alaine talked me through all of the oils, guiding me on which were best for me at this moment in time. I also had a head massage to release tension and stress. I left feeling relaxed, grounded and grateful. Thankyou ❤️

Such a lovely experience from start to finish, from herbal tea at start, warm bed, soft towels, warmth & scents. I had Gua Sha Luminous Lift Facial which was so relaxing, which included neck massage & shoulder which was amazing. Alaine is such a lovely lady, such a calming studio & when finished I was given another herbal tea, and time to get ready slowly at the end, everything was so just relaxed & was no rush, and was given herbal bath salts too. A lovely massage from Lucy, it was my first time and I had a great experience so booked in again straight away! Lucy puts you at ease immediately and discusses what you want and explains what will happen during your massage. I felt so relaxed afterwards, it was wonderful 😊

Another amazing treatment today from Alaine, the facial was like nothing I’ve ever had before! Such a sensory experience and loads of massage, which is my favourite part. I also went for the back facial, or bacacial as my daughter tells me it’s called that.

Very warm welcome from Gemma, room is so Cosy and pretty. Really enjoyed the Dermaplane facial, ice globes were so soothing. Head massage was therapeutic and relaxing, I’m sure I dozed off so that’s a big complement to Gemma’s hands. Thank you Will be recommend you to my friends and will be returning for sure x
