Fell in love with the space once i stepped in. The environment is clean and very ig worthy and the service here is great as well. Did head spa and facial with them and I had a very good and relaxing sleep especially during the head spa treatment. I'll definitely be back again

My friend and I came to visit this salon through reviews and it has been more than 3 visits already, Seiji, Shota and DK never disappoints in terms of service, skills and a really great head massage after every wash! The products they use are really of quality as well. Did a perm and it lasted longer than other salons I’ve been to, and every haircut we get, we leave the salon with a big smile!

Returned for a fringe cut and a head spa! Kimie-san was very patient and thorough in examining my scalp condition to recommend the treatment that would benefit me the most. The anti-aging scalp treatment itself was also very relaxing and I fell asleep. Highly recommended!

First-time customer here. The customer service was top notch - when I called to ask for directions as I got lost trying to find the salon, one of the assistants patiently came outside of the salon to fetch me, she even gave me a cold glass of water and tissues once I sat down when she realised I was sweating from the heat. The hair wash and massage were great, no tugging and I felt very comfortable overall. Shota my stylist was great, he understood what I wanted well from my photo reference, he is not only very skilled but also attentive. I will definitely be returning!

I had a relaxing experience. Loved the minimal decor of the salon and the little refreshments. Chika was kind and attentive, and so gentle during the head massage and hairdrying. I'm glad she could accommodate my short hairstyle with only a description of what I wanted it to look like. I love my new hairstyle.

Definitely my favourite go to hair salon in Singapore! Peaceful, comfortable & relaxing environment. I always & only do my natural rebonding and hair treatment with them. Hairstylist Cherrie did an amazing job cutting my thick hair too. As usual, I dozed off multiple times (because I was so comfortable) but she is patient and gentle in working through my hair without waking me up.

It took a little bit of time for Nami-san and myself to communicate on what I was looking for in my haircut as this was the first time cutting with Key's but it turned out great in the end. Love the ambience of the salon, and how it’s quiet, and private. Livia is very knowledgeable and experience. I am very picky with stylist especially when it comes to cutting my long hair. Decided to trust Livia, and chopped them off. Super satisfied with my new hairstyle, and Livia’s head massages too. I fall asleep, while enjoying the head spa and treatment. It’s definitely my to-go salon whenever I have hair needs. 😊
