My friend and I booked the Japanese head spa, and the experience was amazing. The customer experience was outstanding, both therapists were friendly and welcoming. The overall experience felt special and unique to us. I will definitely recommend getting a treatment at Called by Grace.

The only reason I didn't rate 5 stars is because the massage area is not quiet. You can hear the music from the front, chit chatter from the staff&other clients, the staff using the microwave or closing&opening the doors. I would suggest the massage area be sound proof inorder to ensure a better peaceful experience.

The hydrohead spa was unbelievable with Chantal. So relaxing but next time I will plan better and do the Lymphatic drainage massage first but also such a great massage with Vicky who warned me about the pain. As usual, wonderful treatment and service from Being|Morningside
