Jay is as fantastic. I usually use my other beauty place, but today was an emergency and booked Jay for the 1st time. She was absolutely fabulous and very professional. Also she simply was genuinely a very nice and thoughtful person. She did my waxing super delicate knowing that I have a very sensitive skin. Amazing service! I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed. Each step of the process was spoken through, and regular well-being check-ins for microneedling. Highly recommend and cannot wait for my next treatment. The space is also lovely - small but cosy but very clean and hygienic.

Went in for a quick facial. The lady was super attentive making sure i was comfortable accommodating my fussy questions and movements. Started off routine but she tailored it to meet some skin concerns i hadnt a clue how to deal with. If you want a caring treatment this us the team to contact:) they even gave some pointers for aftercare.

I’m very happy with the treatments I had with Gaby! She’s very thorough, experienced and welcoming. I trust her for shaping and tinting my eyebrows and they always look better when I leave the salon. The same for waxing, it’s all neat and my skin is not red after the treatments.

Great waxing treatment delivered by Sim, attentive, friendly and with attention to detail. My only complain is that, in my opinion, most waxing treatments are overpriced.
