My provider was Charleen, she's amazing. She is nice yet still professional. She immediately welcomed me and made me feel comfortable as a new client. Waxing isn't the most pleasant self care service with the pain involved, but also the vulnerability & exposure that it requires. She let me talk about random things during the service (my technique to distract from the discomfort of it). She’s very very knowledgeable about waxing & skin care. the wax was perfect temperature, each pull was efficient. My skin feels great, all the hair is completely gone. I have no complaints and highly recommend.

Ive been seeing Ashley for the better half of 9 months for both Brazilians and facials and I am always so pleased when I walk out of the door. The customer service coupled with the actual service you are getting are priceless! My ingrowns have disappeared and I consistently get comments on how great my skin looks. First time visiting this place and also first time getting a bacial. I met with Ashley who from the start was very welcoming and greeted me with a smile. She then prepped the room and asked me to come in and made sure that I was comfortable before beginning. Ashley proceeded with the bacial and we had pleasant conversation and her priority was my comfortability. The setting and atmosphere is wonderful, very peaceful. Ashley, you’re the best! She listened attentively to my concerns and expertly assessed my skin's condition. Throughout the procedure, she ensured I was comfortable, and her hands are simply magical. I left feeling like I had a brand-new face—and I still do!
