Laila’s is very friendly and offers advice on treatments for your skin, so it looks better and you feel better too. She is a caring person and is very thorough in her work. From start to finish, it was an excellent experience. The shop is so tidy, clean & pleasant looking. The massage room temperature, lighting was perfect & the decor was so beautiful, the table & cover so comfortable & warm. As for the massage itself, Kristen didn't miss 1 spot on my whole body (except privates ofcourse 🤭) her style was so relaxing, rhythmic & calming. She ensured she was applying just enough pressure by asking me to let her know if too firm or too soft. Plenty of hot towels used every step of the way too. At the end she offered me glass of water. & there's a loyalty card.
