the staff make you feel very comfortable and do a thorough job. i started noticing results after the first treatment and it wasn’t as painful as i thought it would be. honestly the best place to go to, and i’ve been to a number of places before finding NC. I have been consistently coming to NC for four years now; started with facial laser, got addicted (in an ‘i love the glow and how smooth and clean my skin feels’) to their hydro facials, and now committed to their full body laser treatment.

I’ve had a few facials before but this was facial was the best I’ve ever had. I loved how Jahniah explained every step of the facial and described the products that she used on my skin and the benefits of them. She was very professional and friendly. I had a wonderful experience at Skin Cave Beauty, where Kayla's exceptional skills left my face looking and feeling amazing. However, my experience was tainted by a loud phone conversation in the common area, which disrupted the serene ambiance. Despite the initial impression of a tranquil environment, the persistent noise was a significant distraction. Additionally, I requested a before-and-after picture, which Kayla agreed to provide but ultimately did not. This oversight and the noise somewhat detracted from an otherwise excellent service.

Walking into the space was like stepping into another world. After finding a parking spot in the super busy mall, this was so welcome. I didn’t wait, they were ready and waiting for me. Located in the heart of Cooksville. Eminence Esthetics is very clean, calm relaxing environment. Love the experience! This was my first time getting a facial. Jahniah is friendly, professional, very gentle and informative. She explained step by step what the process/products she was using. She also gave me advice on how to care for my skin going forward. I left there glowing but with mild redness however, the morning after the redness was gone and my skin was never felt so hydrated and soft. I highly recommend her services and I can’t wait to go back.
