Amazing as always! Never had exactly the same massage or facial with Naomi - she always 'listens' to my body and really 'sees' my skin, it is never a massage or a facial 'by numbers' where you feel like you could just be anyone and get the same treatment/experience. If you want fluffy bathrobes, ridiculous paper slippers or posh changing rooms then this isn't the place for you, but if you want calm, a truly warm welcome and an absolute professional who is genuinely interested in your wellbeing and in helping you feel and look better, then Naomi is the person you need 😊

I had my favourite Signature Facial which is just amazing. Combining a facial with hand, feet, and a head and neck massage. Katie is so good and I guarantee you will be totally relaxed. A lovely experience.

Lovely experience, felt at ease and calm from the moment I entered, Naomi listened to everything i said regarding any problem areas etc and took this massively into consideration. Left feeling pampered and refreshed and already booked in for my next visit!
