Fabulous salon, very friendly as is Hayley. I had an illumi facial. A first laser facial for me. Hayley was very thorough and explained the procedure. At each step, she explained what she was doing. It was quite a weird sensation on my skin, but it didn’t hurt. Hayley finished the facial with a lovely cooling moisturiser. I noticed a big difference in my skin the following day so I’m excited to see how it is in 3-4 weeks. I would highly recommend Hayley for any treatment. She will definitely put you are ease. I will definitely use her services again .

Theresa is an experienced advanced aesthetic nurse & made me feel at ease & gave great advice. We are all individual & age differently hence she likes to do a bespoke consultation for each person’s face addressing their concerns unlike the usual standard techniques I’ve been previously used to. I had a foot health appointment with Lili which I have every month as have exceptionally bad feet and twisted toes. Lili worked tirelessly on relieving me of a particularly painful corn. Then had the tidying up of the toe nails and buffing of the feet and removal of dead skin, etc. Finally, a relaxing feet and lower legs massage. An essential and must have treatment. I now have pain free walking. Thankyou Lili.

I’ve recently had the vitaran skin booster and the results are amazing after just 2 days. My skin feels more plump and youthful, it’s really helped with the redness of my cheeks and fine lines have almost gone. This treatment is definitely a new favourite of mine from Sarah . Highly recommend!!

Fantastic visit to Serene again today . Best Botox I have ever had and been having Botox for over 15 years . Will never go anywhere else now as the results are fantastic . I also go to Sarah for my lip filler and all skin care . My skin has never been better . I trust Sarah with all my treatments from beauty to aesthetics. 10/10- Amy recommended a chemical peel for acne skin and just 1 week after the treatment my skin has cleared up and improved in texture already! Amy is so friendly and makes you feel very comfortable. Her spa room is very professional- she has considered everything to ensure the ultimate relaxation experience like a heated blanket, relaxing music and candles, etc. The treatment included cleansing, steam and extraction, followed by the chemical peel and a homemade mask that smelt amazing, also a massage with heated oil. After the treatment she even sent over a personalised skin plan!

Had the Derma2 Bio peel at Serene. No redness or irritation afterwards, and my skin feels so smooth now. Sarah gave me a lovely hand massage whilst I relaxed under the LED light. Will definitely have another one.
