Fabulous salon, very friendly as is Hayley. I had an illumi facial. A first laser facial for me. Hayley was very thorough and explained the procedure. At each step, she explained what she was doing. It was quite a weird sensation on my skin, but it didn’t hurt. Hayley finished the facial with a lovely cooling moisturiser. I noticed a big difference in my skin the following day so I’m excited to see how it is in 3-4 weeks. I would highly recommend Hayley for any treatment. She will definitely put you are ease. I will definitely use her services again .

I’ve recently had the vitaran skin booster and the results are amazing after just 2 days. My skin feels more plump and youthful, it’s really helped with the redness of my cheeks and fine lines have almost gone. This treatment is definitely a new favourite of mine from Sarah . Highly recommend!!

Theresa is an experienced advanced aesthetic nurse & made me feel at ease & gave great advice. We are all individual & age differently hence she likes to do a bespoke consultation for each person’s face addressing their concerns unlike the usual standard techniques I’ve been previously used to. Fantastic visit to Serene again today . Best Botox I have ever had and been having Botox for over 15 years . Will never go anywhere else now as the results are fantastic . I also go to Sarah for my lip filler and all skin care . My skin has never been better . I trust Sarah with all my treatments from beauty to aesthetics. She is experienced , patient , professional , definatly a perfectionist and a lovely person . My visits are so enjoyable and I come out feeling amazing every-time . So thank full I found Serene :)

Rhiannon is the sweetest soul and really puts your mind at ease this was my first time having Botox after toying with the idea for 2 years I finally took the plunge! So glad I did! She takes the time to explain everything and the salon is such a cosy place to have treatments xxx

10/10- Amy recommended a chemical peel for acne skin and just 1 week after the treatment my skin has cleared up and improved in texture already! Amy is so friendly and makes you feel very comfortable. Her spa room is very professional- she has considered everything to ensure the ultimate relaxation experience like a heated blanket, relaxing music and candles, etc. The treatment included cleansing, steam and extraction, followed by the chemical peel and a homemade mask that smelt amazing, also a massage with heated oil. After the treatment she even sent over a personalised skin plan!

I cannot express enough how wonderful these treatments are. My skin tags, disappeared, my face is glowing like a teenager and my milia is disappearing at a fast rate. Feel 20 years younger.🥰 Thank you Hayley. You are the best! 😻

I really cannot recommend Rhiannon enough. She is so incredibly warm and welcoming. I booked in for another facial as my results last time were amazing, my skin glows for such a long time afterwards and I can really see and feel the difference in my complexion. Rhiannon takes the time to talk me through everything she does and how it will help my specific skin. I also had filler in my lips and the woman is an artist. This is my second time having filler and I’m so grateful I have found someone I can trust my face with, I was really nervous before in case anything went wrong but Rhiannon 10/10

I absolutely loved my hydrafacial. I’ve never had one before but Rhiannon talked me through the process and explained a the benefits specific to my skin type. Came in today for a patch test and consultation, the visit was very straightforward and Hayley explained everything thoroughly and clearly. There is lots of parking outside and the treatment room is very clean and tidy, I am looking forward to my appointment.

Amy is really amazing, this was my 2nd visit at her place and she is super excellent at what she does. My skin was extra dry and now after the treatment I can feel and see the hydration and pure glow on my face. The neck and shoulder massage was so relaxing and comforting.
