From the initial consultation through to my treatment today, Holly made sure I had all of the information necessary including aftercare and made me feel at ease throughout . I felt so relaxed. She has a wealth of knowledge and her medical background was reassuring and made me feel confident knowing that she understood and could explain the possible risks and side effects and I have no doubt would be able to deal with any complications calmly and effectively. Upon arrival I was met with a warm welcome by Holly. She explained my treatment fully. Her clinic is beautifully set up and equipped. And as a fully qualified nurse I felt at ease that this contributes to her knowledge, both physiological and high standards of hygiene. As she proceeded with the treatment she explained where her next step was to be. The whole experience was a relaxing experience. Before leaving I was given excellent after care information. I can, with complete confidence, highly recommend Holly. So much so I’ve just booked in another treatment.🥰
