Big fan of the red light therapy bed. It instantly helped calm my inflammation. Looking forward to coming back and experiencing the cold plunge & hyperbaric chamber. Service Is excellent. This is definitely my new happy place.

So many options to choose from! Relaxing in the Normatec Compression Boots watching Netflix, Infrared or Traditional Sauna, Ice Bath, Red Light Therapy or Oxygen Airpod. A great place to recover so you can continue training hard and performing at a high level in your chosen field.

The benefits of the infrared and ice bath service were felt immediately. Words don’t describe how clear and energised I felt as well as the pain and inflammation in my injury has subsided dramatically. I’ll be a regular at this clinic. It’s awesome!

Staff were friendly and welcoming for my first ice bath experience. They went through where to get changed, which bath to start with and what to expect. Will definitely be purchasing the 10 pack and be returning regularly. Clean facilities that were a pleasure to be in.

It was my first time doing the Oxygen air pod. It was good a different experience. I will do again interested in seeing the benefit. David and Christian offered a lot of knowledge on the benefits the AirPod has. I look forward to my next appointment
