Initially I just wanted to try the infrared sauna as I heard it was really good for the body and skin. I've been battling with acne and eczema for a while now and I just noticed less inflammation in my skin and my eczema has been behaving since I have done the infrared sauna. I reckon it is indeed worth the try. I keep coming back for another session every 2 or 3 weeks and it feels good! Anna and the staffs havebeen really great and the facilities were nice and tidy.

Such an amazing experience. The owner personally guided me throughout my entire massage on the roller! She is so lovely and kind, and made me feel super comfortable throughout the process. She is incredibly knowledgeable and explained things to me in an informative and digestible way that made me understand the process and its benefits. Would highly recommend!!

Professional effective treatments. Expedient and efficient service for busy women with limited time.

First time i have tried the infrared sauna and my body feels so good after the 1st session. Will be back for another for sure!

I booked the new client package that included Cryotherapy, Lymphatic Compression, Colon Hydrotherapy and Infrared Sauna. The experience was amazing! Anna guided me kindly through all the treatments steep by step and made me feel calm and safe at every step. I would recommend Wellness @ Wilson to anyone who wants to look after their own body and be healthy.

I bought a 5 colonic, 5 infrared sauna and 2 compressions sessions. Anna and her team welcomed me on my first and subsequent visits like an old friend. everything I needed to know was explained in a friendly, knowledgeable and professional way. So very happy to support this local business. I feel amazing to BYW 😊

Everytime I come 2 get a facial eyebrows lashes tinted waxing it's always amazing Mary and Daniella r the best they both do an amazing job n we always have a chat or if I'm tired they always tell me 2 just relax I've been known 2 nearly fall asleep I would recommend them 2 any1 thanx guys u do an awesome job everytime.
