I've tried a few infrared saunas around Melbourne and Nimbus is my favourite - lovely designed setting, super friendly staff and a great sweat. I'll be back!

Both the infrared and traditional sauna facilities are absolutely amazing! The traditional is my favourite of the two I definitely recommend visiting and doing in addition with the ice bath♥️

My partner and I visited Norbu for a couples massage. We have Bella and Clara and this was the best massage we have had. We also visited then during a promotional period and so it was even more value for money. We alsp enjoyed the infrared sauna for 40mins after the massage. Towels,hair tie abd bathrobes were provided and the vibe of this retreat was 10/10 so we left feeling really relaxed and satisfied

First time coming to gentle recovery, and the experience was really great. I did the infrared sauna and cold bath. First time doing the cold bath, and left feeling like I was on cloud 9. Coming back tomorrow and taking a pal to experience it too!

My first-time infrared sauna, I feel it helps with my sore muscle and joints, nice and lovely clinic, with a new roomy sauna, clean shower, and good explanation. Lack of parking, be careful not to park in a permit zone.

I was gifted a session at the recovery lounge for my bday. Hubby and I absolutely loved it! Would highly recommend it to anyone else & would definitely come back. Loveeee that you get the sauna and ice bath to yourself for the time you’re there. Would’ve loved a massage too but there were no appointments available so will definitely book one next time.

Good experience, in the future I would opt for a 60 min session though as you are rushed from sauna, to shower to icebath.

Great experience with no problems and all facilliate is well organised with easy to use controls on the sauna and ice tub. The freedom to customise both at own time slots on our own terms setup, its a functioning system that works very well and it also does provide clients flexibility of use without stress.

I’ve been coming for years here, it’s honestly one of the best recovery places in all of Melbourne. The traditional sauna is elite sitting anywhere between 90-100 degrees and the 2 ice baths which are 1 metre away when you step out the sauna are sitting 4 to 7 degrees. It’s honestly the perfect recovery space and you walk away feeling brand new and rejuvenated. Jason and his team have done a phenomenal job in making this the ultimate place for recovery. Can’t wait to go again! Keep healthy!

This is the best sauna venue I have visited anywhere in the world. Quality, well maintained equipment in elegant, spotlessly clean minimalist environment. Staff are super attentive and friendly and very competitive pricing. Essential experience for health especially in the Winter. Came out feeling fabulous! 🙏

We had three people in our group and we were looked after by Liz for the afternoon, she is so friendly and accommodating - we all had a great time! Everything was new to us - we did the floatation therapy pods, infrared sauna/ice bath and the oxygen chamber. We even got some awesome dinner recommendations nearby from Liz which were super helpful and also ended up being delicious!

Newleaf spa is a dream come true! As a returning customer I can't speak highly enough of the expert nurturing facials and the infra red sauna a must! Thank you ❤️

The owner was fantastic and so helpful! It was my first time doing any of these treatments and she was so knowledgeable and explained everything well to me. I love LOVED the full body LED and will be back to do that again, the single person sauna wasn’t for me, however i’d love to try the infrared sauna where you can sit up and play music in the future! The float tank was an experience, however probably wasn’t for me. Will be back in the future, such a lovely, clean, tidy space, I felt very relaxed after! Looking forward to my next LED.

Have come to rely on my weekly Infrared Sauna for muscle relaxation and to soothe the inflammation I feel in my joints. Added bonus after 12+ visits, the deep blackheads on my nose are clearing. Simple thing but huge additional benefit.

Absolute gem of a spa! Belle and Di are lovely and thoughtful people. They made me feel very welcomed in their homely, cosy space. Belle definitely loves what she does as she is a fantastic masseuse - the soreness i had in my back is now gone and my whole body feels refreshed! The infrared blanket is definitely worth adding, perfect way to end the session. Di made sure i was well taken care of - came up to bring me tea while i was wrapped in the blanket and made sure i hydrated after the session. 10/10 hospitality, can’t recommend them enough! Tldr; great people, great space, great service

4th infrared sauna … eases my tight muscles and sleep has improved, both extremely beneficial for me. Intend to ramp this therapy up, especially like the addition of medical oxygen!

Absolutely lovely experience here today :) Di and Belle looked after me with so much love and care. I had a really tough week and I left feeling so much better! A massage, sauna and float was exactly what I needed! They’re going through some Reno’s, but it didn’t take away from my experience at all!

We’re regular visitors of the infrared sauna at Gentle Recovery. We’re always welcomed with a genuine smile and the facilities are always immaculately clean. It’s all set up in a beautiful environment with lovely Salus products and warm fluffy towels. It’s just the perfect way to start your day.

Friendly helpful. I used the Bluetooth connection to have my own music in the Infrared sauna to enhance the experience too!

Very friendly. Place was very relaxing. Had a session in the mHBOT, Red Light therapy +H2 & Infrared sauna & came out feeling great! Will be back!
