Such a calm and inviting space, it gives such a relaxing "coastal holiday spa" vibe. Which is impressive given the weather conditions we're definitely not giving the summer vibes at all 😆 Everything has been so well and thoroughly thought out, from the decor, to the space itself and the placement of all the amenities. It's all set out in a way which makes transitioning from sauna to shower to ice bath so easy, but not over crowded. Having used many saunas in Perth, I can confidently say this sauna is by far my fave, it's massive without being massive, you can very comfortably fit 2 adults.

Unbelievable 🫢 I will definitely be back after my holiday. That Cryo is freezing but so far I am feeling totally amazing for doing it. Love the infrared sauna too and cannot wait to trial the pod.

Lovely, clean and welcoming studio. I had the whole body cryotherapy and absolutely loved it, I've joined a membership. Can not wait to test out the lymphatic roller and infrared sauna. Highly recommend.

I met with Megan the owner for the my first experience and she so welcoming and informative about the while process and what they provide. Megan also gave me some realistic expectations about the experience and was absolutely spot on. What I thought I knew and what I experienced were worlds apart. I needed a way to decompress, unwind as I had only been sleeping maybe 4 to 5 hrs a day and the stresses of life and work had been getting on top of me. After this experience and a 8 hrs of solid sleep I can say hands down that I will use this type of therapy for life thank you Megan for Zenzone.

Really friendly service and overall great experience. I booked less than an hour before my first ever session and when I got there I was greeted by name and everything was explained. Sauna was relaxing and I felt energised after the cryo chamber. Will recommend.

Another 5 star experience at Perth Cryo. The regular use of the saunas have helped with my auto immune issue as well as awful inflammation. As always, top class service from a professional establishment.

I just found out afterwards that theres different coloured lights in the sauna which i assume is the infrared itself so i had a natural light sauna instead of a infrared sauna. I did ask if i press anything and got told no.
