Lovely facility clean and comfortable. I purchased the sauna/ice bath service. There is ambiguity between what is offered on the website and pricing and what is offered & priced when you book. The breathing coaching should be done upfront so it doesn't hold you up from experiencing the hot/cold contrast and allows coaching to continue while in the ice bath. I was disappointed that you couldn't have the sauna time reduced to allow a second bath, but was told next time I could do this since I opted to forgo the coaching given I had already done this.

I couldn’t be happier with my first microneedling session today with Georgia. I was a bit nervous, but Georgia made me feel completely comfortable. She explained every step, including the benefits and aftercare, with such clarity and professionalism. I was genuinely impressed by her knowledge of the science behind each product used, and the care she showed throughout the entire experience was exceptional - from the moment I walked in to the moment I left with my aftercare. Super excited to see the results over the next few days. Thank you Georgia, for such a wonderful experience.

I am extremely delighted! This is the first time in several years that I have been able to enjoy a sauna in complete tranquility. I would love to speak with the person in charge of this facility, as I have never encountered a sauna that operates at 76 degrees. It was an incredible experience, especially considering my chronic health condition. I am curious and would appreciate it if someone could contact me regarding the sauna. I have tried numerous saunas before, but none of them have had such a positive impact on me. Most of the saunas I have used were only 65 degrees in a email the info ❤
