The experience at the spa was great but the bullshit I had to go through online was totally unacceptable. I will never book with this spa online again. I shouldn't have to set up an account or use a bloody password just to book a massage !

Was excellent! Such a beautiful venue! I had the remedial massage! Only criticism is they only did my back side, i have really tight quads so was hoping to get front and back massaged! Was still beautiful

Beautiful relaxing breath work session in an elegant setting with an invigorating ice-bath to finish it off plus a sauna experience. The staff were lovely and I felt fantastic afterwards. I'll definitely be back!

Beautiful from the moment I walked in. A full sensory experience from the ice bath and sauna to the most relaxing facial I've ever had. My skin feels amazing and I feel rejuvinated. Jess and her team are kind, supportive and genuine. 🩷

Lovely facility clean and comfortable. I purchased the sauna/ice bath service. There is ambiguity between what is offered on the website and pricing and what is offered & priced when you book. The breathing coaching should be done upfront so it doesn't hold you up from experiencing the hot/cold contrast and allows coaching to continue while in the ice bath. I was disappointed that you couldn't have the sauna time reduced to allow a second bath, but was told next time I could do this since I opted to forgo the coaching given I had already done this.

Fabulous. Arm and shoulder massage points were a particular highlight, along with the hot stone and weighted blanket. I’m an office worker and the arm (RSI) and shoulder were surprisingly good. Gorgeous venue too. I’m going back for more.

Clean and top quality sauna / ice bath equipment. The tea given to us to enjoy during our session was delicious! Small request, to offer smaller hand towels to use in the sauna/ice bath room.
