Amazing, the staff were friendly and super informative. I got the cheap Tuesday recovery for $50 which included 30 minutes of Normatec compression, 30 minutes of infrared sauna and 30 minutes in the cold and hot plunge pools. I feel rejuvenated. I will book again

Friendly staff - Great Facilities - Spa jets were amazing - Contrast Therapy in the Plunge Pools was Invigorating. Something to be experienced.

It was AMAZING. I booked in to use the IR Sauna with neck, shoulders and lower back pain. I hate using Pain Medication. I did 30mins in and left with no neck pain, no pain in shoulders, and minimal pain in lower back. Thank you!

Fantastic place for wellness, staff are amazing! I usually do a sauna, recovery magnesium pools and spa. Tried the boots this time they were fantastic on my legs after a hard game of pickleball. Well done great place

simple sauna

Sauna was hot as soon as we stepped in. Great set up. Awesome place to chill, sweat and recover. We will be back!

Feel like a new person, magnesium healing, sauna be rid of my toxins, and powerful spa jets. What more could you want? Also ha lovely kind people, caring staff and is blissful and calming. Going to go back fortnightly and take my friends.

Loved the experience, will come back for sure. Would prefer if the Sauna could be set at 70+ degrees next time. Also understand if there is an issue with that. Cheers Brendan

Great again. Been for Sauna and the hot and cold treatment this week. Going through the suffering of CFS its great to get some relief. Getting better at handling the cold and enjoying the benefits

Really enjoyed our recovery session. We chilled out in the compression session, chatted in the sauna and weathered the hot and cold plunge pools. Our time there was really refreshing and invigorating. Great facilities - very clean. Staff were very friendly. Highly recommend. Thank you!
