This was my second visit. Both times the receptionist has made me feel so welcome. The atmosphere at East Spaces is unmatchable. After a quick LED & Sauna I leave feeling like I have had the 'me time' I needed & I can't wait till my next visit. The idea of the 'silent space' is literal heaven 🙌 cannot express how much I love spending time at East Spaces.

The beautiful aromas meet you at the door and smell so fresh and relaxing. After my sauna I come away feeling fresh and relaxed.

I love visiting the Wellness Hub at Complete Body! Everyone is so friendly and upbeat and my weekly sauna sessions have been keeping me sane during the silly season!

From the second I walked in the door I felt relaxed! Staff were lovely, offering water while I waited as I chose my oil for the massage. The infrared sauna was amazing with plenty of water to drink and the shower after was very refreshing with bathroom products available. I had Sammy for a deep tissue massage and it was devine. Made sure pressure was right and that I was comfortable the whole way through. Once massage finished I got to have a chat with Sammy and tea to discuss recommendations for next time. I’ll definitely be back!

Wow Wow Wow …. If you want an experience this is the place to go .. from the warm welcoming to the magical hands of Tess’s massage …I shall be returning again and again…this has to be the best massage I have received in sometime and I had to leave town to gain that experience....the infrared sauna is private and very welcoming … An experience I will be returning to have . The prices are very reasonable as well. What a wonderful space you have created.
