I went in tonight for the 30 Minute Infrared Sauna (Suite 2) + Complimentary Waterfall Bucket and I left feeling incredible! Everyone at Ritual was so friendly and it was such a relaxing experience. I will be back to try some different services 100%. :)

I had the pleasure of visiting Ritual for a infrared + red light therapy sauna and a golden hour facial. The sauna was quite intriguing, but very comfortable and it gave me a sense of "cleansing". The golden hour facial was quite rejuvenating, it is a vitamin C facial and the mask is quite strong, however my skin is not sensitive so to me this facial was relatively soothing. The facilities are well maintained and the staff was really sweet and friendly! I had a great experience!

Such an amazing space, and the staff are so welcoming! The hot and cold therapy room is the perfect layout for someone looking for some personal time. The water temperature was perfect, and I love the built in blue tooth speakers in the sauna!

Ritual has & always will be one of my favourite places. The shift to wellness makes total sense if you know Bruna at all. It definitely feels like an extension of her heart ♥️ My partner & I took the day to come down from Waterdown, ON, spent the first half of our time in the sauna/cold plunge(sooo fantastic) then tried out the Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage Massage. We were NOT disappointed. The staff & the atmosphere were so inviting, professional & kind. I would 💯 recommend Ritual to anyone who is interested in improving their mindset, personal wellness, & consider self care a priority

I had such a relaxing and purifying experience at Ritual. It was a perfect self-care morning; sauna with red light therapy and a brazilian lymphatic drainage massage. I left feeling and looking so much lighter and happier overall. A tired new mom with a 4-month old, this was exactly what I needed to kickstart my postpartum healing and feeling better about myself and my body! Thank you Yasmin for the perfect treatment and Bruna for the best hospitality and care! I will be back soon for a facial & eyebrow tint!

Highly recommend - Exceptional staff, service and expertise! Had a wonderful experience after my recent visit to Ritual Beauty. I booked in for the sauna and cold plunge, followed by a facial. I loved using the sauna/cold plunge - was extremely relaxing, private & clean. Aldijana did my facial and she was amazing! She was extremely thorough/detail oriented removing every blackhead, even customizing the treatment for my skin. Aldijana took the time after the facial to share a list of recommended products for my skin, which I’m excited to try out. Thank you again.

We did couples sauna and cold plunge and it was amazing. We hooked up our blue tooth and played spa music and had such a relaxing experience. Towels and tea provided. Brenda was so kind. The price was also so reasonable. Would definitely reccommend!

Luiza is fantastic! She has amazing attention to detail. Please remember to help yourself and the waxer by holding skin and moving into accommodating positions. It's easier on the waxer and less pain for you!

I had a great experience at Ritual. I've tried all the different spas in downtown but had the best massage from Zoey! I wish I had found Ritual sooner. Highly recommend doing the sauna experience right before your massage!

What an incredible oasis in the city! With so many beauty and wellness rituals, I will certainly become a regular! The infrared sauna and waterfall bucket was the perfect physical and mental warm up for my lymphatic massage and buccal facial. I feel completely rejuvenated in all the ways- physical, mental, emotional. Thank you, Ritual, for providing such amazing beauty and wellness practices. I am elated!

Love everything about this place ! From the greeting your receive when you walk in , to the tranquil ambience , lovely decor and scent . I will be coming back regularly for the detoxing infrared sauna and cold plunge in your own private room. The Lumphatic drainage massage with Adalaina was wonderful after .

I had an incredible experience! I loved the Dynamic Duo: infrared sauna + cold plunge. The suite was peaceful, comfortable, clean, and private. I also had my first Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage Massage and it definitely won't be my last :) It was such a cool experience. I left feeling relaxed and lighter. Emily was amazing! Love love love Ritual. The buccal facial is the facial I never knew I needed! Pairing that with the lymphatic drain massage and starting with the sauna, it a few hours of complete bliss and joy.

I am honestly obsessed with Ritual! I have done the sauna and cold bucket, sauna with red light therapy and their cold plunge tub, a lymphatic drainage massage, and a regular RMT massage and wowowoww I can't wait to try other things they offer. I will be honest the cold plunge is HARD ahah but it's a challenge that I am willing to accept. I highly HIGHLY recommend their hot/cold therapy and the lymphatic drainage massage. Felt insanely good after! The space is welcoming, clean and relaxing. I will be back very soon! :)
