Although it was a hot and sunny day, it still felt very refreshing to sit in a 79'c infra-red sauna. The cold bath afterwards makes me feel alive again. Thanks, Pippa for making the experience next level

Loved the team smiling at the entrance door and welcoming. My contrast therapy room was all set to go. My heart, soul and body was warmed up with the 79'C sauna and the the awakening with the cold bath dip. I am feeling NEW. Thanks so much team. You Rock

10/10 in the Infrared Sauna. Lovely, clean and peaceful setting and definitely hot in there! We will be back!

First time at Well + Being and it won’t be my last. Beautiful service, beautiful treatments (I don’t like traditional steam saunas but infrared? Yes please!), beautiful experience.

First time trying infrared sauna - I was guided through every step of the way - felt totally at ease

Chloe was absolutely amazing, so so relaxing and it was exactly what I needed. Loved the hot jade stone and beautiful essential oils at the start and end of the treatment. Can’t beat a sauna, massage and facial treatment over 2.5 hours for your Saturday afternoon. Thanks so much!

Had a great experience. Staff were lovely and the sauna felt really luxurious. The private room, luxury shower products, powder room, and relaxation areas after the treatment made the experience really special. I also loved having a few cups of tea afterwards to further unwind. Will definitely return.

Another beautiful relaxing amazing afternoon at Well and Being. Sauna with the hydrating mask was perfection.

Excellent. And the products available in the sauna rooms (the shampoo, conditioner, body cleanser) are of exceptional quality as well. It's a minor point, but it is appreciated. Of course immaculate and the staff are a delight.

Lee and her team at Well + being are amazing! Such a wonderful retreat for Dunedin. I loved the light therapy, sauna and cold plunge. Kevia’s Pilates sessions are a must too.

Once again, I enjoyed an amazing sauna at Well + Being - such a restful 45mins. The ritual of slowing down with a delicious herbal tea prior, the beautiful staff…I’m hooked!

I had a Lovely time in the sauna, my skin feels so soft , the staff member Tayla was so helpful. I have recommended your services to lots of my friends I think what you are doing and the services you offer are awesome .
