Deepika is so lovely and welcoming, she really makes you feel safe and confident. I'm quite scared of needles but she was very comforting and supportive. The owner was very helpful. However, the clinician who gave me my Vit D shot decided to put it into my BCG scar on my left arm. 3 days later the arm is still sore! The IV drip went well. Although again, the nurse added magnesium and calcium amongst the ingredients. I later found out that you shouldn't mix those particular two together as they become ineffective. The clinician may need more training.

Redhika and her colleagues have been so welcoming and assertive, the treatment left my skin absolutely glowing. Will come for a follow up treatment for sure and I highly recommend for all the ladies out there.

It was nice experience, have been coming for a year now. Last session was good but the technician didn't cover my tattoo and it spoiled my tattoo design with giving me burning sesation throughout the day.

She's very chatty and puts me at ease (needles aren't my favourite thing), and also clearly has proven skill and knowledge in aesthetics. She gives useful and realistic advice, rather than just wanting you to spend more on products or services you don't actually need. Would recommend so highly!
