Her thorough consultation process allowed me to voice my concerns- I felt she listened to me attentively and understood how to translate this into an effective treatment to produce the results I hoped for. I love coming to Ina’s. She’s very honest would never recommends something that you don’t need. She always goes above and beyond for her clients. The treatments in this clinic are very advanced, I highly recommend you check it out and discuss what options you need for your skin.

I had an excellent IPL treatment with Nurse Xian! She was professional, explained the procedure clearly, and made me feel at ease. The results were fantastic—my skin looks brighter and more even. I highly recommend Nurse Xian for IPL treatments!

The shop was clean, Sara was well dressed and cheerful. I was ushered into a treatment room and then the magic happened. Sara talked to me about each stage, told me exactly what she was doing and why. She gave explanations of why my skin was the way it was and how without using nasty drugs or anything that would harm me she could fix it. She did. Abra cadabra... I looked beautiful. I think she has an excellent knowledge on what she does and her professionalism made me feel safe and when she was done, Sara gave me instructions on the post care regime. Excellent service. I have been going to Queen Brows for several years now, and have had several different treats with Heidi.... eye brow tattoo, skin needling, IPL and led light therapy just to name a few. She is amazing!! I would highly recommend Heidi, she is a true perfectionist!!

Sara is an amazing beauty therapist, cannot recommend her enough. She delivers on all her treatments. I had an Advanced Plasma Facial with Heidi and it was AMAZING! I saw a huge difference immediately after. My pigmentation had faded significantly and my skin was so hydrated and glowing. I've had a lot of different treatments and facials at other places with varying success. But I've never achieved such great results after just once treatment like it did with this. I'll definitely be booking in for another.

Always have great treatments with Lisa! Have had amazing results so far with IPL on my face and SHR hair removal on my legs and underarms - I previously haven't been able to tolerate the pain of traditional laser hair removal machines, and this one is so relaxing I almost fall asleep hehe! Definitely recommend.
