I had such a pleasant experience for my first Japanese head spa treatment! It was super relaxing and my hair feels so clean and healthy after the treatment! I love everything from the clinic, to the little service of the snacks and water and the process of showing your scalp before and after with the camera. I also was very happy with how educational the girl I had was with the questions and concerns I had about my hair! I have left feeling very happy and learnt some more details on how to better take care of my hair! I would love to come back again one day! 100%%% recommend ✨✨

As always, the crew delivered a perfect job. Jinny did my lashes on point, just the way I like it. And after being away for too long due to lockdown, Christine fixed my face, ironed lines and wrinkles on my forehead, lifted the side of my eyes and gave me a complimentary treatment with their new machine! Special mention to Christine's hearty laugh, makes me feel at home and comfortable. Always a pleasure coming here. ❤️

The staff were very friendly, nice and attentive. As soon as I walked into the centre, I was greeted by the friendly team and even offered a choice of hot tea or water along with a complimentary cookie. The service was very lovely. It was so relaxing, I pretty much felt asleep not too long after it has started. It has been 2 days since the treatment and my hair has never been this soft and my scalp still feels super light and fresh. Definitely a place to return for more treatment!

Trina always makes sure if I’m comfortable and okay during treatment. Her magic hands makes me sleepy during the treatment, I feel so comfy. Wow, this is the best deal I bought on Groupon. All the staff at Lumiere were very courteous and helpful with all my skin enquiries. The pre-consultation was very thorough and informative without being pushy at all. The treatment itself was much more than I expected, starting with a glorious head and neck massage and relaxing cleanse and moisture treatment. The ipl was intense as you'd expect it to be, followed by a very soothing and refreshing hydration mask. I'm so happy with my experience that I've already rebooked my next appointment!
