Ania is one of the nicest people in the industry and probably one of the best clinics I have been too. The ladies are very friendly, knowledgeable and will make you feel so comfortable during any treatments. They are also very accommodating and helpful in many ways. I have received a facial treatment as well as going through laser hair removal and have had 2 sessions so far and am very satisfied on how the treatments are going. Looking forward to the other treatments being offered.

Nurse Meena was very knowledgeable and I didn’t feel pressured. Her treatment advice was realistic and I will continue to see her. The front desk staff are very friendly.

Terrific! I was pleasantly greeted by both Olga and Vera. Lovely ladies, warm and atmosphere. Much attention given to cleanliness. Vera did my facial and IPL with complete confidence. Fabulous treatment. Great wash and massage!!! Victoria has a wonderful massage technique. The staff are very nice and kind. While you can blow dry your hair by yourself, I believe that the staff should do that quickly but without the styling. A former employee of free, used to come over while I tried to style it, but he would dry it and also put in a wave, for free, just because. He was always fun and I enjoyed talking with him.I don't blame him for moving to a Francophone community as they have more joie and charm than Toronto. The exception is the staff here at Olenza's
