Ania is one of the nicest people in the industry and probably one of the best clinics I have been too. The ladies are very friendly, knowledgeable and will make you feel so comfortable during any treatments. They are also very accommodating and helpful in many ways. I have received a facial treatment as well as going through laser hair removal and have had 2 sessions so far and am very satisfied on how the treatments are going. Looking forward to the other treatments being offered.

Nurse Meena was very knowledgeable and I didn’t feel pressured. Her treatment advice was realistic and I will continue to see her. The front desk staff are very friendly.

Terrific! I was pleasantly greeted by both Olga and Vera. Lovely ladies, warm and atmosphere. Much attention given to cleanliness. Vera did my facial and IPL with complete confidence. She took the time to make me feel relaxed. She is a rare gem. I would recommend this Spa to anyone who’s interested in a fully pampered treatment.

Fabulous treatment. Great wash and massage!!! Victoria has a wonderful massage technique. The staff are very nice and kind. While you can blow dry your hair by yourself, I believe that the staff should do that quickly but without the styling. A former employee of free, used to come over while I tried to style it, but he would dry it and also put in a wave, for free, just because. He was always fun and I enjoyed talking with him.I don't blame him for moving to a Francophone community as they have more joie and charm than Toronto. The exception is the staff here at Olenza's

Glam Room has been recommended to me by a friend for laser hair removal treatment and I have to say, it has been real pleasure from the very first visit. Extremely knowledgeable and welcoming team! Ania and Angelica go above and beyond to treat their clients like royalties! Side bonus - the place smells divine! Definite hidden gem - worth recommending. The only downside - high risk of becoming addicted lol! I’m already total victim - doing the Icoon treatment and definitely loving it!
