Ewa was brilliant. She removed some blemishes with minimum fuss and explained the process from start to finish. I am very happy with the outcome so far, just some minor healing to happen. The cost of the treatment was very fair compared to many other clinics.

Ewa is incredibly knowledgeable and provides an amazing service. I previously tried electrolysis in 2 different places where I realised the people were unskilled or clearly didn't know how to carry out the procedure. Their treatments caused me a lot of pain and slow healing, which ended up being a waste of money. Ewa, however is a star. She knows what she's doing, informs you of how everything works and puts you at ease. Would highly recommend!

As ever Ewa always very professional and explains what she is going to do and why and the benefits etc. Always says if need to stop treatment at any time just say so very considerate and caring. She has a friendly manner so puts you at your ease.
