Marvellous all round - Katy is wonderful, well versed in her field, extremely passionate about skin as a whole and has a lovely welcoming energy about her. I felt she genuinely wanted to help with my redness concerns and to top it off the clinic is absolutely gorgeous, I almost forgot I was in Portsmouth once I stepped inside - it wouldn’t be out of place in Harley Street, all in all a lovely experience!
