My experience was good, however, my son and I booked appointments together and this was the 2nd time that I sat for 10 minutes waiting for Yolanda, while my son's pedicure already started. The same applied with our manicure. I have a loyalty card and it was 50% off. I was only given 50% off the cheapest treatment. Nowhere on the card, did it stipulate this. I was very disappointed. On my previous discount on the card, I received the proper percentage off my treatment.

Amazing therapist who knew exactly what she is doing. Quite and peaceful rooms- everything was clean and well organised. My only complaint is the that the foot massage is exactly 1 minute long. It is too short. Its usually the highlight of the treatment and the shortest part- and has always been this way previously. However everything else is good and will return.

On time and professional treatment. Added bonus is the massage chairs used for Pedicures!

Lovely as always. Katie is brilliant and I always look forward to spending time with her when she does my nails. What was a bit disappointing today was shortly after I arrived there was another nail technician who finished with a client, but would not move from the table she was occupying despite Katie explaining to her that I am waiting and all the other tables were also occupied with clients. It just came across a bit unprofessional from the other nail tech. Other than that I was super happy with my treatment and love visiting ESG.
