I have had bad experiences with beauty treatments so I am very fussy I recommending any business. I had the best experience with Imogen this morning. I wanted specific treatment for my brow. She did exactly what I requested...the wax used is the best because there was no red face when I left. There's no burning sensation. She shaped my brow perfectly, no red face... very polite, listening to my wishes, great product. I highly recommend this place for the service, product and proximity to Newcastle in general. Parking was great as well. I am a very satisfied customer and I will be back.

I attended Covet and had Tash provide me with an amazing facial. SUPER hydrating for my dry winter skin with LED, a lash tint and a brow tint. Man do they look great as they were so pale. The new O Cosmetics brand was outstanding and my skin sucked it all in. I highly recommend this facial treatment and Tash's expertise is second to none. She assisted with the recommendation of products that I desperately needed to benefit my dry skin. They are amazing and thank you. A must destination.

Excellent, it was my first time. My only feedback is that when you are meditating, relaxing with your treatment, you can hear other clients/staff talking in other areas having their treatments which takes away from the experience.

I visited for the salon today for a February Relax and Recharge. The treatment, by Grace, was all that and more. Thank you! I love visiting when I am in town and I will return again

Lovely staff. Lovely venue - looks immaculate. Easy on-line booking. Purchased a Christmas gift voucher which is nicely presented so don't have to do anymore. Also some great gift ideas if you're still looking for something ☺️ Thank you Grace for a relaxing treatment.

Therapist was on time. No waiting around, which is always the case when I visit. A really good beauty therapist will often do a hand or scalp massage whilst dye is on lashes/brows, which you don’t often experience anymore. I would love if Covet offered that to clients during their treatments.

So relaxing, I thoroughly enjoyed my treatment.
